Principles agreed relating to the book group
To read and review a wide range of fiction genres.
To facilitate this Library Services provides up to 10 books of an agreed title each month; this gives access to an acceptably large range of titles.
On a small number of occasions each year we may choose books not provided by Library Services & members are asked to acquire these themselves.
When members are unable to attend (e.g. for reasons such as holidays, illness etc.) we encourage the submission of a review by email or voicemail; the review will be read out or played on their behalf at the meeting.
Members are invited to join the shortlist for places by emailing the Group Leader.
Meetings generally take place at St Michael's Church Hall with occasional meetings via ZOOM. See table for below for details.
